Please arrive by 9:10 to welcome people.
Greeting people at the door, making them feel warmly welcome.
If you see a new face, ask them if it is the first time they are visiting. Point them to where the bathrooms are, the Bibles, etc.
Please ask if they would like to take a church Bible and a notice sheet.
Stay out front until the first song or two are finished, and help any latecomers find a seat.
Also, letting Sunday School know when the end of the service is approaching (anytime during the song immediately after the sermon)
