1. Setting up the flag (the flag is stored next to the ladder in the right-hand side room) and putting out the "Welcome/Church open" sign (they are on the left-hand side of the front door).
2. Bringing Bibles and pens from the SPOTR hall cupboard. Voting membership forms (on top of plastic drawers in the kitchen) and pens to go on the table in the church foyer. Kids activity sheets if no Sunday School that week.
3. Setting up the table with the giving safe. (Giving safe is stored on the box by the window in the right-hand side room. Table is kept behind the organ).
4. Put cross and white doily on the front table where the large Bible is. (These are in the coloured bag on the box in the right-hand side room).
5. Check that signs are put up (sliding door by parent's room, parent's room and one above giving safe).
6. Please put out the prayer badges on the 3 seats in the front of the church (prayer badges are stored next to the ladder in the right-hand side room).
If you could please arrive by 08:55am to do set up before people start arriving for church that would be greatly appreciated.
If it is all done, just general help with any other set up (example morning tea, getting out cups).
